Paul S. Waugh’s Daily Prayer – Where We Cannot, He Can: A Prayer to Our Father Who Is Able, Nov 16, 2025

Good evening everyone,

Here’s today’s Daily Prayer:

Let’s pray.

Father, You’re all-knowing. Your power is one thing, we could never get our head around it, ever. Just look at the size of the universe. The earth go around the sun, all the planets, all the stars. We could never understand Your power. We just could never understand it, how it works, what it is, how it forms. It really is astonishing. But what I’m grateful for is that in light of that power, Lord, is Your absolute perspicuity of what people will do and what people won’t do. And it’s very powerful how You show me through the scriptures. How You’re helping me understand, for example, how important it is to pray for our enemies. Just thank You for Your insights, Your perspicuity, Your foresight that you give us, that You grant us. And it means so much. It means so much.

You know, Father, we have so much work to do, so much to achieve here that is just not even possible. Never having to say no inside our own doors and outside our own doors. Never have to say no where we ought to say yes. Father, there’s not been a human being on this earth that’s ever been like that other than Jesus Christ himself on earth in the flesh. He’s the Only One. He never had to say no where He ought to say yes.

But there’s 20,000 people here, but we’ve only got so much food, and it’s not even enough to feed the disciples. “Start handing it out.” “But there isn’t enough.” “Start handing it out.” “But there isn’t enough.” “Start handing it out.”

5,000 people get fed. 7,000 people get fed. Never having to say no where we, He, You, ought to say yes. There’s only one human being on this earth that has ever been able to be in that position. It’s such a huge thing to say. It’s so huge, most people can’t even appreciate it and go “Wow,” when they hear it. It’s so beyond their comprehension.

You know, Father, it’s a huge thing to say and I believe very strongly in our faith through and with that belief that it was You who granted us this mission statement. But how could we, without faith, write such a thing down and it not be absolutely absurd? Never having to say no where we ought to say yes.

Not a government, not a nation. no one can, can do that. Not even close. And I believe, Father, very strongly that in Your glory this is realistic. In Your glory it will be made manifest through You. For Your glory, in Your glory, for Your glory, with Your glory, because of Your glory, and us within that Body in the gloriousness of that. Within, without. Praise to You, oh Lord.

Slowly but surely, we are coming into the position where we are starting to develop, through Your Love and through Your guidance, we’re starting to develop the faith and the belief to be able to follow through on our work. If there was anything, Father, anything that would show a true-blue elect that doesn’t know they’re a true-blue elect yet The Way, The Truth, and The Life, it would be this.

And the amount of suffering it will alleviate pre-tribulation, because the tribulation is going to happen and You’re going to let it happen because it needs to happen, it has to happen. And before that Great Tribulation happens, mankind will always return to his old ways without that Great Tribulation. Without us witnessing it or experiencing it or both. Some people will be in the safety and in Your Love in Your Kingdom.

We ask You to bear with us, sit with us, love us, and thank You for it in advance, knowing You will. Knowing You are, knowing You have, and knowing You will always. And we don’t even have it in us to truly even begin to appreciate that.

We ask You to forgive how many sins and shortcomings, oh Lord. And we ask all these things, thank You for all these things, grateful for all these things. And for the things we don’t even know we ought to be thanking You for. And for the shortfall in thanks, thanking You for what we do know we ought to thank You for, yet don’t thank You enough, because we don’t know how deep to thank You.

In fact, not only do we not know how deep to thank You, how vast to thank You, how broad to thank You, how substantially to thank You, how fully and completely to thank You, but we don’t even know how to thank You that much. We don’t have it in us to thank You that much.

So, we ask You to please, Father, to fill in where we cannot. Fill in the blanks and there’s just so many of them, it’s almost all blank. Through Your Son, King and Redeemer, our Commander-in-chief, our Lord Protector, our Saviour, Jesus Christ’s name. To You, Father.

Amen.

This prayer from Paulie was deeply touching and moved me beyond words. God’s sovereignty and might — His perfect will, His power to produce and develop all value, and to be value itself, the Creator of the heavens and the earth — reminds us that in Him alone we can truly trust. God bless us all for this deeply moving prayer, and thank you to Paulie for sharing it with such love, passion, and reverence in his heart. May this touch everyone who comes into contact with it. God bless everyone x x

Wonderful prayer to reveal God’s glory and His abundant provision. And in that it reveals my and our sinful state… how we fall short of the mark of perfection. How blessed we are that we can come to our Heavenly Father in prayer. Thanks to our Lord Jesus Christ for His immense sacrifice on the cross to atone for our sins.

Amen..thank you for this prayer, the universe and it’s size is unfathomable, it’s beyond what mine and our mental minds can comprehend. Please bless us all with your Holy Spirit to be able to come closer to you and connect with your glory.

Your prayer is deeply heartfelt and reverent, expressing a profound awe for God’s power and a sincere gratitude for His guidance. The way you weave biblical examples into your reflection strengthens the message and highlights your desire to live faithfully. The prayer communicates genuine passion and earnestness. It’s a moving and sincere expression of dependence on God, humility before His greatness, and trust in His ability to work through human limitations.

Beautiful. Thank you for sharing and God bless Paul and all who hear and take part in this prayer.. Where would we be without our God, we wouldn’t even exist. Every breath, every beat of our heart that is granted us is by and because of His grace. Granted us! We don’t earn that, we aren’t entitled to it, we didn’t create and we don’t work those things ourselves. God gives them to us as He also holds this whole world up with His hands, suspended in space and enables it to move so lovingly, so perfectly and with such precision through the universe of His creation. Prayers like this really help me come back to and appreciate all of this and God’s powerful omniscience, omnipotence and omnipresence. Thank you! 🙏

This prayer touched me deeply as well. It’s incredible to be reminded of God’s majesty, His sovereignty over all creation, and the grace that sustains every breath we take. This brings home how much we all depend on Him, and how much we need His Spirit to guide us, especially in times like these.

Thank you to Paulie for offering such a heartfelt prayer, and God bless everyone who reads and shares in it. May it draw us all closer to the truth and to the One who holds all things together. God bless🙏

Wow… this is kindling a deep hope in me, to actually be able to defeat the seemingly insurmountable mental, emotional, physical and even spiritual barriers to say yes and solve the problems we need to. How? Only because of the living God, Yahweh, through Jesus Christ and The Holy Spirit, One God family to empower His children.

Never having to say no where we ought to say yes, must be the aim of every project undertaken. Because with this aim in heart and mind then the goal of everyone living a better life is inevitable.
Only through Gods love and blessing will that be achieved.

Beautiful prayer..what Paul shared about Christ feeding the 5,000…ultimately never having to say no where we ought to say yes and now seeing the parallels with what we are working towards…wow, what an honour! Only God could grace us with such an opportunity and we lift Him up in praise. God bless us all 🙏
