Paul S. Waugh’s Daily Prayer – Growing in Gratitude and True Value Before God – 9th March, 2026

Grace and peace in Christ to you,

Note: Given Paul’s longstanding ill health resulting from the multiple attacks on him, these prayers are taken from the last several years of Paul’s journey with our Lord. They are incredibly valuable to witness his ongoing relationship with Jesus Christ.

Listen below for the prayer:

Morning, Father. We are grateful — seriously grateful. We’re growing in our gratitude by our increased awareness, our increased perspicuous cognition, awareness, spirit presence — not only of Yours, but of our growing spirit in Yours — of that interdependent, synergistic reality with two things that are just marvelouslly: one created, the other coming together as in communion, as You say.

Where there’s more than one person in You, there’s a church. Where there’s more than one person in You, there’s communion — which is what that means. Communion. Not any communion — a growing mystic communion. What is mystic communal? Interdependence and the knowledge of, and moving out of, misunderstanding of what is life and business, which for most people is just one big fat blob.

Well, we have every single possible opportunity here to build value, but it starts with being connected with the ultimate value that precursors the value we can build — which is You. You and everything You are: theochristological, yes; human, yes; material and matter, yes, through space-time; and then financial — the little dependent child of the former three. And that little dependent child renders people dependent on it. That is an old infant, because people who walk around thinking money maketh man are absolutely 100 percent deceived and scammed, because money does not maketh man — man maketh money.

And if it ain’t that way around, Father, we ain’t grown up.

And we come before You, my Lord — I come before You, my Lord — to thank You for this clarification, for these increased clarifications and the increased knowledge, the increased understanding, which makes our potential in terms of skill and execution — and being able to execute proactively and implement — even possible, even remotely possible. Because that knowledge, and the truth of that knowledge — not false knowledge, true knowledge — facts are now there: contextually accurate, factually accurate, truthfully real.

Nothing less, Father, is possible.

Father, I leave this with You through Your Son. In Jesus Christ’s name, Amen.

Father, thank you for opening my and our eyes to the darkness and evil in this world and the depth of sin in me. You are glorious, in Your mercy Lord. Please show me more of how amazing You are, and how much I need You.

Amen. I appreciate this prayer that reminds again what is ultimately valuable rather than what I’ve been taught and indoctrinated to believe is valuable. How blessed I and we are to be learning this, else life would be exceptionally empty and meaningless.

Thank you for this prayer. I pray that I learn to see, first and foremost, the value of God Himself, and that through this understanding I also learn how to create much-needed value our world longs for. Amen. 🙏

Amen, nothing can be created but by and through him as it says in John 15:5. God bless you Paul for this stunning prayer.

Amen. Thank you for reminding and reinforcing how powerful we are when we come together to love and serve our Father and through Him serve and love each other. IN Christ, nothing outside of God’s will is impossible. For where two or three have gathered together in My name, I am there in their midst.” Matthew 18:20.

Amen. Gratitude changes how we see everything before God. As Scripture says, “Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.” (1 Thessalonians 5:18).
