Paul S Waugh’s Daily Prayer – A Prayer to Appreciate God Opening Our Eyes – 30th Jan, 2026

Grace and peace in Christ to you,

Listen below to Paul’s Daily Prayer:

Morning, Father.

Morning, our Commander in Chief.

What a privilege to wake up every morning to You.

What a privilege to wake up every morning and we’re not these cells in a skin bag floating around the universe on a rock exclusively. What a privilege to wake up and suddenly realise not just where we are, but who we are beyond a bag of cells floating on a rock, going around the sun. A bag of sin, destined for hell and fearful of hell at every corner, every second, every day.

This anxiety that hell is just around the corner. If not, a worse hell, just around the corner.

What a privilege. What a blessing. What a glorious, wonderful blessing to be in a situation where we wake up in the morning and know that we are connected to You through Your Son’s atonement.

Through your atonement, Lord, our Commander in Chief. Our defender, our protector. Our Lord protector, Jesus Christ. Commander in Chief and Lord protector, Jesus Christ.

You know, every day the light gets brighter and brighter. Every day we have this incredible privilege, incredible blessing to know that in order to be someone, we’ve got to own something. We’ve got to own a lot of something.

That beyond that, we are way beyond that, we are part of Your interdependent, synergistic, symbiotic and unified body. And we are part of Your being.

We are part of Your way and Your life. It is totally, totally all connected.

The truth.

Everything is true where it is true. And we are part of this truth which then becomes the way, which then becomes the life. Right in the middle of the way and the life, and the life and the way, and the way and the life is truth.

Right at the epicentre of those three things.

And it spreads out to everything. And as that spreads out to everything, we move into renewal, regeneration and ultimately perfection, which is being totally restored, totally restored to You, totally restored to You.

So Father, we thank You. You are starting to certainly focus my attention acutely like a laser beam and I feel it. And there’s a reason for that.

And I’m touched by it, I’m moved by it, I’m blessed by it. I can see everyone else via and through that, either on their own right or through it with me. Or indeed, both through and with You, all three.

That there’s an awakening here, a movement in the right direction. We can start our waves of growth through that. And it’s not just the BBC. It’s the legacy, the legacy media are all complicit. And it’s many a corporation. And it’s the Deep State. Through real experience, through real wrongdoings, through real guilt, through real evil, they tried to rebrand us, Father, with the word “cult”. And we are going to rebrand them for what they are, not for what they’re not.

We thank You for this, Father. We ask you to guide us through today. We ask You to protect us today.

We thank You for the protection you’ve given us. And we ask You to forgive our many sins and shortcomings as well as the condition that produces such sin. Our sinful, graceless selves that are now no longer in glorious, but in Your glory by virtue of You, which is at the very least humbling.

Because without You, we are inglorious, like everyone else. So through Your Son, Jesus Christ’s name, we pray.

Amen.

God’s grace to you,

Paul S. Waugh

God bless you Paul. Thank you for all you’re sharing with us through these prayers. You’ve taught us a lot about what to pray but more importantly how to pray, from your heart. I’m in great, desperate need for my eyes to be opened by the Lord for reality that I need to face and respond to. Thank you Father for Your mercy and love.

Thank You, Father, for being with us each day, for Your constant presence, Your unfailing love, and for opening our eyes. So many blessings I take for granted, and I pray that You help me, and all of us, to grow in gratitude and truly appreciate You and the beauty of Your creation. Amen.

Amen. A wonderful reminder of where we come from, why we even exist. How blessed and graced we are to be able to communicate with the Creator and Father of all creation through prayer.
