Paul S Waugh’s Daily Prayer – A Prayer For Humility – 28th Jan, 2026

Grace and peace in Christ to you,

Listen below to Paul’s Daily Prayer:

Father,

The perspicuity is coming through like a laser beam! We know and we are grateful through Your ability to have us be grateful, to be thankful. And we, Father, we are totally, totally blessed for You.

We are increasingly less cocky in our own heads and our own souls, and way, way, way, way more rooted in streams of water on the Rock of Christ. That’s humility. Why? Because when we start to realise through Your perspicuity, that without You and without Your graces, life is hell, without living a life that You designed us to live, so far outside of the supernatural, it is hell.

Because all Your graces are supernatural. It’s only natural because You’ve toned them down so that we can bear them! So that the sun doesn’t consume us!

It nurtures us, grants us vitamin D, warms our bones, photosynthesises the plant life, which in turn indirectly photosynthesises flesh.

If the sun was a little bit closer, we’d fry. But if it was a little bit further, just tiny, tiny, a little bit further, we’d freeze!

These are Your graces, not just what You provided, but why, when, where, who, how You provided them.

And that, Father, not only would it be hell, but even with Your graces, Satan could devastate us in a millisecond. If it were not for Your protections, every second, every billionth, trillionth, gazillionth of a second, Your protection is here. Because if it wasn’t, we would not be writing this stuff and surviving.

We would die. We would be dead now. We’d be dead in the water, dead in the water.

Only because of You.

And we’re here to say thank You. On bended knee, bowed head, prayerfully, resolutely, because of the resolution, the resolute nature in which you’ve granted us through Your Spirit.

We ask You, Father, please, to bless this call, bless our conversation, because this is the great conversation right here.

It’s the endless sermon, going global, oh my goodness, Father, how Your enemies wish they’ve kept their mouth shut. But the endless sermons are now going global. The endless sermons are now becoming a global endless sermon, not just mine, in Your glory.

Good Lord, indeed! That the Lord is good. I ask You to forgive our many sins and shortcomings, Father. Knowing we don’t even know what we’re talking about when we say that.

But without You, we’d be dead in the water. Without You, we wouldn’t have freedom. Without You, we wouldn’t have the life.

Without You, we would not have truth. Without You, we would not have perspicuity. Without You, we would not have the freedom of truth and the truth that freedom brings, both.

We ask you this through Your Son, Jesus Christ’s name. We love You. We love You. We adore You. Have us hunger for Your Word, thirst for Your Spirit.

Amen.

God’s grace to you,

Paul S. Waugh
