Anti-Christ Establishment Cult’s Human Limitation Conspiracy, Part Ten: Micro-Puppets – How Ordinary People Become Agents of Betrayal, Abuse and Human Destruction — By Paul S. Waugh

Note: Given Paul’s longstanding ill health resulting from the multiple Establishment attacks on him, these articles are generated by the team, drawing from recent and older meetings and transcripts that Paul has shared with us. We ask for you to keep him in your prayers as he builds strength and renews in our Lord.

Article Summary

Part Ten in this series turns from the Totalitarian Control Complexes to the ordinary people who take up their weapons. It asks how neighbours, relatives, fellow Christians, public servants and online participants become agents of betrayal—and how truth, repentance and repair can restore that relationship.

Micro-Puppets: How Ordinary People Become Agents of Betrayal, Abuse and Human Destruction

In Part Nine, I took you through the Totalitarian Control Complexes and how they interlock into one Totalitarian Human Control System. Before that came the Weapons of Mass Limitation themselves in Part Eight. But a fair question remains.

If we are talking about complexes, weapons and systems, we must still ask a simple question: how do they affect an actual human life?

Institutions act through decisions made by individuals. Journalists and editors choose what to write and publish. An official decides how to apply a procedure. A relative, colleague or former friend decides what to repeat, what to omit and whether to check something is true before passing it on. Large systems may shape the circumstances, but the harm itself often reaches us through a series of ordinary human choices.

That does not mean everyone involved has the same motives or carries the same degree of responsibility. Some may act carelessly or under pressure. Some may rely on incomplete or misleading information. Others may continue even after contrary evidence and the resulting harm have been placed before them. We should neither presume hidden malice nor use the existence of a system to excuse individual conduct.

So the question in this part is not whether we should become suspicious of every conversation or relationship. It is how ordinary people can become involved in conduct that damages another person’s reputation, livelihood, relationships or life’s work, and how we assess that involvement fairly. What did the person know? What could they reasonably have discovered? What choices were available to them? And what did they do when offered correction? How repentant are they when they are confronted with the truth?

What a Micro-Puppet Is

With regard to how the Anti-Christ Establishment Cult weaponises people on an individual level, I call these people micro-puppets. Not because they have no will; that is precisely the opposite of what I mean, but because whether a person is aware of it or not, a string has attached itself to something inside them, and the Establishment Cult has learned where to pull.

The top-tier Establishment puppets are few, wealthy and largely out of reach.

The micro-puppets are the many: the neighbour, colleague, amateur journalist, rented expert, offended relative, aggrieved former friend, anonymous account, silent pastor, processing officer and person who maliciously shares the weblink at eleven o’clock at night.

Micro-puppets are people; institutions are complexes. The complexes hold the machinery and authority; the individual picks up the tools. That is where the framework of this series meets the person. Diabolical self-sovereignty provides the root; whilst ISIS (Imperceptible Satanically Induced Stupor) and TDOS (Toxically Deluded, Over-inflated Self), explained in Part Seven, describe the internal vulnerabilities; the weapons apply pressure; and the complexes provide reach.

The Anti-Christ Establishment Cult can pull the string, whether that string is a tiny thread or a thick rope. But ultimately it is down to the individual person to become aware of themselves, God, and their relationship with the Establishment Cult to then decide whether to be a micro-puppet or not.

We Have Been Indoctrinated to Feed on Each Other

The fully evidenced reality is that the Anti-Christ Establishment Cult does not have to do most of this work directly. It has trained us to do it to each other. It does not need to destroy a family if the family will destroy itself through diabolical self-sovereignty. It does not need to silence a Christian if other Christians will pile on first and call it ‘discernment’.

We are no longer merely given bread and circuses. We are the bread and circuses. We feed on each other’s dysfunction, failures and worst moments and call it news, accountability or standing for truth.

Scripture names the result without flinching: “For the entire law is fulfilled in keeping this one command: “Love your neighbour as yourself.” If you bite and devour each other, watch out or you will be destroyed by each other.” (Galatians 5:14–15). Bite, devour and consume. That is a culture of mutual destruction dressed in moral language.

This is especially grave among believers. Christians can build platforms to hunt other Christians, while the Anti-Christ Establishment Cult that is creating bonsai human beings out of every child in the nation goes almost entirely unexamined.

The Judas Syndrome: Betrayal Through Proximity

There is a name for the most intimate form of this: The Judas Syndrome.

Judas was not an obvious enemy outside the gate. He walked with Christ and served beside the other disciples. He was trusted to look after the purse strings. He was sent out by Jesus Himself, given the power to heal, to cast out demons, to preach the good news. When Christ said one of them would betray Him, they did not point confidently across the table. They asked, one by one, “Lord, is it I?” (Matthew 26:21–22). The betrayer was close enough to kiss Christ while handing Him over. Yet here we see the diabolical self-sovereignty of Judas, who, despite being so close to God made flesh, asked, “Rabbi, is it I?” (Matthew 26:25).

Betrayal from within is uniquely destructive because proximity brings knowledge and presumed trust.

A relative knows the deepest wounds. A former friend can, unbeknownst to others, provide a distorted anecdote. A professing Christian can furnish the moral language, along with a dagger in the back. A public servant can give institutional sign-off on a malicious accusation without proper examination. The complex gains entry because whether somebody is one degree of separation or five, a close acquaintance or a public official, people who ought to have integrity and honesty in themselves and be accountable to God’s sovereignty decide to blur the lines and make truth in their own image.

This operates between citizens as well as within families and churches. Government and agency staff are paid by the British public to serve the British public, yet individual officials can use that entrusted authority to intimidate, investigate, prosecute or silence fellow citizens without truth, justice or proportion.

Many participants in this puppetry may initially have had little idea of the war they were entering. That can explain naive complicity at the beginning. It cannot excuse continued betrayal after the evidence, human cost and opportunity to correct the record become clear.

Naively or Willfully Complicit

How, then, do we judge conduct without either excusing people or becoming what we oppose?

Part Seven identified two threads:

  1. The stupidity running through ISIS (Imperceptible Satanically Induced Stupor) describes a person who may genuinely not know, has not been taught, fails to check or repeats the authorised account from within a stupor they cannot perceive.
  2. The evil running through TDOS (Toxically Deluded, Over-inflated Self) describes the over-inflated self protecting its imagined goodness, authority and innocence—even when contrary evidence is available.

Naive and wilful complicity are necessary distinctions, but they are not two fixed species of person. They can coexist and change. A deceived person can turn towards truth; a naive participant can become culpable by repeatedly refusing it.

The questions are straightforward. What did the person know? What could they reasonably have discovered? What power and freedom did they possess? What pressures or interests operated upon them? What did they do when correction arrived? What harm followed, and what repair did they attempt?

Neither deception nor pressure automatically erases agency. “So then every one of us shall give account of himself to God” (Romans 14:12). A micro-puppet is not rendered will-less. The complexes may operate at industrial scale, but the individual still acts at the scale of one comment, one conversation, one signature, one post, one decision, and remains accountable for that action before God.

Truth, Falsehood and Motive: The Honour Principle

This is where we have to be exact. Fakery exists. There are fake whistleblowers, experts, ministries, teachers, victims and friends. Lighthouse Global has documented such fakery with extensive evidence and at considerable cost. Sin, mistakes and wrongdoing exist in us, in you, and in me. Christ does not ask us to pretend otherwise.

But the decisive question is not only whether a micro-puppet is armed with a lie or with something true. It is: what are they trying to do with it, and what within them makes that purpose attractive?

This is where the Honour Principle belongs.

The Honour Principle requires us always to use a situation to build with truth, recognising that something false or destructive may first have to be broken down. A lie may need to be exposed. A falsified record may need to be dismantled. Real wrongdoing may need to be confronted firmly and publicly. But destruction must never become the final aim. Every necessary act of confrontation must remain directed towards truth, protection, correction, justice, repentance, repair and, wherever possible, reconciliation and regeneration.

That gives us the moral test for the micro-puppet.

Falsehood can plainly be used to destroy, but so can truth. The information is the instrument; motive gives it direction. A true fact can be brought forward to protect somebody, correct wrongdoing and make restoration possible. The same fact can be selected, stripped of chronology and context, magnified beyond proportion and broadcast to humiliate, avenge, dominate or ruin. In the first case, truth is serving love and justice. In the second, truth has been turned into a weapon of diabolical self-sovereignty.

This means we must look deeper than whether an allegation contains some accurate detail. What is the person seeking: correction or conquest, protection or punishment, repentance or reputation murder? Are they willing to include facts that weaken their own position? Do they want the wrongdoing to stop, or do they need the person to be destroyed? Whether the ammunition is true or false, the micro-puppet’s governing motivation is often the same: to secure something for the self through the diminishment of another person.

We can destroy others in order to build our own diabolical self-sovereignty. Serious harm often arrives dressed as concern, protection, safeguarding, journalism or rescue. “Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light” (2 Corinthians 11:14). The appearance of virtue is not incidental; it is part of how the operation succeeds.

Consider BBC journalists.

Did they enter journalism because they genuinely care about their fellow citizens — or because the profession offers significance, recognition and the power to judge others publicly? How would we know? We cannot know a person’s heart merely from their chosen profession, or how they portray themselves within that profession. We can, however, examine their conduct, their fruit and what they do when confronted with evidence that challenges the story they have told.

I have seen this directly. Years ago, a police officer stopped me after I had left a pub. I complied, took the breathalyser and passed it. I had recently been ill, I was standing on a cold and exposed bridge in a T-shirt, and I told her I was freezing. She could not find the paperwork she wanted me to sign, yet she refused to let me wait in the warm car while she searched for it. Her answer was not service, care or reason. It was an order: “No, you wait out here.”

I got into the car and put the heating on. That refusal to submit to her unreasonable demand sent her into a rage. She ordered me out, ran around to the passenger side and tried to make my companion order me out, then summoned reinforcements. Four police cars arrived. Around nine or ten officers and an extraordinary amount of public time and resources were drawn into the situation because one officer could not tolerate a citizen who had complied with the test but would not stand freezing on a bridge merely to satisfy her borrowed sense of power. They searched the car for something they could use against me. They found nothing.

I challenged her directly: Were you bullied at school? Is that why you entered the police force: to gain significance, wear the uniform and exercise power over other people?

Her conduct suggested that unresolved humiliation or feelings of inferiority had become attached to the authority of the police badge. Whatever their origin, she appeared to treat that delegated power as permission to demand from members of the public the submission she believed she was owed. In that moment, entitlement displaced compassion, care and common sense, turning authority entrusted for public service into an instrument of personal retribution. If she had once suffered at the hands of bullies, she was now reproducing and amplifying the same pattern of abuse through powers delegated to her by the state.

Her conduct was the evidence before me. She had been entrusted with authority to protect and serve citizens, yet she used it to demand submission, punish resistance and recruit the wider institution into preserving her ego. That is not a theoretical police officer who might misuse authority. That is what happened.

We have seen the same human choice inside the UK Insolvency Service. For instance, Boris Becker says that Michael Bint, then the Official Receiver, told him to use his company account to meet rent, child support and basic living expenses and to tell the trustee afterwards. Mr Becker says he followed that instruction and disclosed what he had done. The same conduct was then used against him in criminal proceedings. If that documented account is accurate, this was not merely a faceless system malfunctioning. An individual public official gave the advice; the citizen relied upon it; and the machinery of the state later treated that reliance as criminal conduct.

That is the micro-puppet in institutional office: not an abstraction, but a named human being using entrusted public power in a chain of decisions that can strip another person of freedom, livelihood, reputation and family life. Michael Bint was not operating without agency. Nor was Gary Seymour when, after being informed that Lighthouse Associates had attempted suicide amid the orchestrated attacks, he continued hounding them for information they did not have while referring to the unverified accusers against Lighthouse as “victims.” These were human choices made behind official titles.

We desperately need principled men and women inside the police, the Insolvency Service and every other public institution to hold the line.

But the deeper question is why a person sought that authority in the first place… What is it within them that is thriving on their position and power, and what do they do when real human cost and contrary evidence are placed directly before them?

Unresolved humiliation, self-importance, career interest or the craving for institutional significance can attach itself to public power until an office entrusted for service becomes an instrument of domination, punishment and private vindication.

Unfortunately, beneath the passive veneer of British reserve there can lie a vicious determination to get one over on our neighbour. That is why the phrase “we are the bread and circuses” matters so much. We are not merely spectators consuming somebody else’s humiliation. We can become the entertainment, the informants, the punishers and the little authorities feeding upon one another while calling it professionalism, procedure or public service.

Here is one practical test. Even conscientious journalists can spend their careers identifying genuine problems while doing remarkably little to help build truthful and workable solutions. The worst do something darker: they create or intensify problems through pernicious smears, using another person’s destruction as a route to significance and notoriety.

If they can persuade the public that somebody else is uniquely terrible, the angel-of-light deception allows them to present themselves as the good one. They make themselves out to be the courageous truth-teller, protector or even saviour who supposedly rescued society from a manufactured evil. The person becomes absorbed in judging others while refusing to examine themselves.

We see the same contradiction closer to home. A person may believe they are an excellent parent while understanding remarkably little about human beings, beginning with themselves, yet remain certain they are raising another human being well. In journalism, in parenting and every other position of influence, moral confidence is not evidence of moral competence. The real test is whether we will examine ourselves with the same seriousness with which we examine everybody else.

The test is therefore not accuracy alone. We must examine purpose, context, method, proportionality, foreseeable consequence and direction. Is truth being used to correct, protect and build—or to exploit, humiliate and destroy? “Speaking the truth in love” is the biblical standard (Ephesians 4:15). Truth and love cannot be separated without corrupting both.

If you think you are untouched by this, you are wrong. We are all at least partly implicated. Within the last week, most of us will have been drawn towards a sensationalised report or a Docusoap designed as much to entertain in the name of warning us of real danger. It appeals to the bloodlust instilled in us by the Anti-Christ Establishment Cult. We often have little idea how accurate it is, but it suits us to believe the real evil is always somewhere out there in somebody else. That keeps attention away from the far harder work of examining and improving ourselves.

Increasingly, people binge Netflix to inhabit simulations of other people’s lives while avoiding their own. Vast amounts of time disappear into streaming and even pornography while neglecting the demanding work of becoming better Christians, spouses, parents, neighbours and citizens. The Anti-Christ Establishment Cult tells us the danger is out there somewhere, perhaps even a “cult” in our neighbourhood, while drawing us ever deeper into the macro Establishment Cult of diabolical self-sovereignty. We organise life around ourselves and, knowingly or not, serve “the god of this world” who “blinded the minds of unbelievers, so that they cannot see the light of the gospel that displays the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.” (2 Corinthians 4:4).

And what is the micro-puppet paid? Money may be involved, but the more powerful wages are often relevance, identity, belonging, career, vindication and escape from facing one’s own failures. As long as I am prosecuting your sin, I do not have to sit still with mine: “for at whatever point you judge another, you are condemning yourself, because you who pass judgment do the same things.” (Romans 2:1).

Those wages also explain why people continue when contrary evidence arrives. Stopping may threaten the status, audience, belonging or moral identity built upon the accusation. That does not remove agency; it shows how the string tightens. What leaving would cost can become part of what holds the person in place.

The Christian standard is the direct opposite. Christ does not give us authority so that we can avenge our wounds through other human beings. He commands, “Love your neighbour as yourself” (Matthew 22:39), and then takes us beyond reciprocal affection: “Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you” (Matthew 5:44). The true Christian does not ask how a role can make the self feel powerful, feared or finally significant. We ask how whatever responsibility God has entrusted to us can protect, serve and build our fellow human beings—including those who oppose us.

That love is not softness, passivity or a refusal to confront evil. It tells the truth, restrains wrongdoing and seeks justice, but refuses to turn another person’s destruction into emotional wages. It seeks repentance, repair and regeneration rather than humiliation and revenge. That is what we are committed to at Lighthouse Global: loving our neighbour and our enemy through truthful, courageous and self-sacrificing action, and using every legitimate responsibility to build rather than dominate.

In the Final Analysis…

The Anti-Christ Establishment Cult does not need monsters. It needs ordinary people willing to carry its weapons. It has taught an entire civilisation that the fastest route to becoming somebody is the destruction of somebody else.

That is the Human Limitation Conspiracy operating through human hands. It will continue for as long as we would rather prosecute our neighbours than face ourselves before the sovereign God. But the string can be broken through truth, repentance, correction and restoration in Christ.

The companion case studies will now name the hands on the machinery and determine, from the evidence, whether each case reflects naive or wilful complicity.

You are all in our prayers.

Personal closing remarks from Paul S. Waugh Please click + to expand this box for more information.

As you come to the end of this article, ask yourself the following questions:

Do you see how carefully this article is prepared and presented?

Do you see how penetrating it is?

Do you see how true it is?

Do you see how powerful it is in its truth?

The answers to such questions is why the BBC did not allow myself and the team at Lighthouse Global to be involved in the production of their so-called documentary about Lighthouse Global.

In an alleged 18-month sham of a so-called investigation, they tried to hide it from us until two months before broadcast. However, we had discovered their insidious agenda more than 6 months before broadcast and immediately approached them, stating we wanted to be involved.

They initially ignored us because they didn’t want us to be fairly involved in a hit piece about us. In their words, “It is not BBC practice to respond to enquiries of this kind”. In other words, we couldn’t be part of their planned assassination of us. Finally, they deceived the British public by denying that we had proactively approached them for months, even though we have full evidence of this!

Since discovering the broadcast in August 2022, we have spent 4 years demanding the BBC give us a comprehensive right to reply by broadcasting our full evidence to all 140+ false claims made in A Very British Cult, with the same time, effort and money as our false accusers.

I have asked countless times for myself, Paul S. Waugh, who is behind the 22 years of empirical research at Lighthouse Global, to present the full facts, evidence and context live and unedited in real time under the bright lights of the studio. I have challenged the BBC to bring their best journalists, their lawyers, all their sources, all their experts and all their evidence. I’ll bring mine and the aim of this would be simple: to get to the truth.

Yet they simply won’t entertain this, because it was a hit piece.

We’ve demanded this comprehensive right to reply, we’ve pursued all the formal complaint channels, we’ve taken legal advice, we’ve campaigned, we’ve written, we’ve protested, we’re now lobbying, we’re now advocating and doing advocacy work as well as building institutes.

Why?

In order that we, as Christians and members of the public, in the public and human interest, are able to correct the falsified public record.

It’s got to the stage where they cannot even afford to bring attention to our website through their continued efforts in trying to destroy us.

They know that whatever they do is validating us. Any attention they create makes us even more relevant, because we are relevant. As our articles show, our research and work is wholeheartedly in the public interest because it is in the human interest, and ultimately in God’s interest, for His Glory.

Whenever they publish some trash about us, they drive hordes of people to our websites, especially those who are seeking the truth.

As a result they’ve even removed the TV broadcast of A Very British Cult from BBC iPlayer. They’ve been talking about doing a follow-up series for years now, but it keeps getting delayed because they can’t have a real, evidence-based conversation with me.

They simply cannot afford to give us the same time, money, resources and reach to respond to their provably slanderous falsehoods.

We have the evidence in hundreds of thousands of pages to counter their nonsense and the BBC know it.

There’s only one way they can put out as many falsehoods as they have about someone like us. That’s when the party they’re smearing has no voice, no reach and doesn’t have the same resources as the BBC.

Yet for the BBC to atrociously abuse and lie about members of the public, us and others, means we don’t owe them a licence fee. They owe us a refund, and they owe us compensation!

This is not just for us at Lighthouse Global, it’s for the entire British public who’ve been deceived for the last 100 years. We will expose every lie that the public has been forced to pay for.

This will be the work of the institutions that we’re creating.

Through the Class Action Lawsuit we’re now starting against the BBC, the public will get a refund for licence fees paid over at least the last 10 years.

Simply put, the truth cannot be this dispensable in the public interest and in the human interest.

Lots of love. God bless.

Thank you, Paul, for this article and for also sharing your personal experiences regarding how ordinary people misuse the positions they have been given within the Totalitarian Control Complex. Hearing how the police officer behaved on the bridge says a lot about her character. I loved the question about whether she was bullied at school! What a paradigm shift in understanding why people choose certain jobs.

Reading this article helps a lot in understanding how ordinary people often have the role of micro-puppets within these massive demonic systems that were set up by the Establishment, causing enormous damage to people for their own benefit. Just through accepting God’s sovereignty and connecting with Christ can we overcome these diabolical systems and build something genuine in line with God’s commandments.

God bless.

This is really important to question ourselves. To ask is it I? Am I the one at fault? Not in a neurotic way but in a way that is self-searching. These weapons and complexes aren’t just floating in the air somewhere, they are enabled by human beings who are making choices. We are either involved in perpetrating those complexes or we are complicit in not standing against them enough. While we all fall short of the glory of God we are bound to do both, but we must have faith in Jesus, submit to His sovereignty and do all we can through His spirit to come out of that. Really great article.

This is such a vital part of Human Limitation Conspiracy series. It takes the series from something “out there” to something that’s “in us”.

By looking at how the Establishment Cult exerts control through pulling the strings of micro puppets, it goes to show why Christians are such a threat. When our strings can’t be pulled, then we can’t be controlled.

Through my own experience with the likes of the BBC and the Insolvency Service I have been given the opportunity to confront the propaganda and the indoctrination I’ve been subjected to growing up.

Thank you for another great article!!! I’ll say this, ordinary decisions can have a far greater impact than we realise, especially when truth is used without love or proper purpose. The point that truth must be used to build, not to destroy, is something I believe we cannot compromise on. I found this both deeply challenging and genuinely encouraging, because breaking those destructive patterns begins with our own willingness to submit to Christ, accept correction and choose restoration.

Thank you, we as citizens, need to be aware of micro-puppets in every aspect of life and how they are used by the establishment. Many of the actions that micro-puppets take, are very hard to spot and this is why we need this education. The Establishment have ensured that we are misinformed and miseducated but we are waking up and we will continue to wake up as many people as possible to the truth.

Thank you so much, Paul, for this incredibly important piece. What particularly stood out to me was the Honour Principle and the distinction that even truth can become destructive when it is used with the wrong motive. Asking whether we are seeking correction, protection and restoration, or punishment and destruction, is such an important test of our own hearts and actions. I really appreciate how this brings the responsibility back to each of us to examine ourselves, submit to Christ and ensure that what we do is ultimately directed towards truth, love and building others. God bless you for this deeply challenging and important work. 🙏

Breaking people down has always been the MO of those who seek to destroy and harm, regardless of the same sins they have committed themselves.

I know for certain of a journalist who told me that during ‘slow news days’ he would call one politician, make up something about what his opposition candidate said, to get a quote from them.

Then he would call the opposition candidate and tell him what the first politician had said, get a quote from them, and then write the story!

A story that he had initiated, based on a false and made up accusation!

If that is what happens in the local rag press, what happens in the national broadcast media that needs to fill 24 hours of news every day, week, month, year on hundreds of channels?

I share this as a real life example of how someone can do harm in the name of good, step back and then claim ‘I was just doing my job’.

What an article. I found this hard going, trying to understand what was being said, but as I read, the more I understood what it was that you b wanted us to get. Your story on the bridge helped immensely, seeing the micro-puppet in the woman police officer. It bellies me to see it through my time in school, teachers using their authority to make threats to get us to do something. Supervisors or bosses in the work environment threatening or jobs if we didn’t so as they said. There is more I want to feel strong, because I can see this in me because of the indoctrination we have all been through. Thank you Paul, very well put and written article…
