ABOUT PAUL
Paul was born in Liverpool, UK, and moved with his mother to South Africa at the age of five. He returned to the UK in the late 1990s, where he lived and worked for several decades and founded what is now Lighthouse Global, which recently marked its 21st year.
After many years of pioneering research and development in the UK, Paul faced sustained malicious and predatory attacks from an absolute minority of certain former clients — attacks that have continued for five years, during which these clients colluded with corrupt government agencies — alongside woke, fake news legacy media. He is now living in exile in his home country of South Africa while recovering from severe health conditions as a result of these attacks.
Outside of his work, he enjoys a good curry, supports Liverpool Football Club, and has a gift for languages — he is fluent in Afrikaans, Zulu, and Fanakalo.

ON COMING TO CHRIST..
You found me, Lord, when I was lost beyond knowing—searching for everything and nothing, wandering in darkness like a fool. Yet in that darkness, You let me glimpse You, quietly and imperceptibly. That single glimpse marked the beginning of the end of a life built on delusion—on me, myself, and I, deceived by the lie of my own sovereignty.
I came to Christ because I am a sinner. Yes just like all of you. I came to My Lord for his atonement… his love and forgiveness and help.
If it was not for our Lord and my deep relationship with him.. his glory his Kingdom in eternity …the Way, the Truth and the Life… I would not be here. I would not want to be here.

The Open Letter to God series is a public act of devotion — letters written directly to Jesus Christ, the Divine Authority and King of Kings. Each letter is both prayer and proclamation: an appeal for truth, guidance, and transformation, uniting believers to serve, protect, and love one another as Christ commanded.
This is not performance or persuasion — it is worship in written form. By addressing God first, Paul seeks truth beyond ego, politics, or manipulation. It is an act of accountability before the Highest Authority, calling the Body of Christ to stand firm together in faith and courage in these critical times.

Following the Open Letter to God, Paul appeals to the highest secular authority — President Donald J. Trump — seeking his intervention on behalf of Lighthouse, a Christian and secular community in the UK facing severe persecution and misrepresentation by the British and global media.
This letter is both a plea and a proposal: a call to form a Body of Interventionists — citizens and leaders who stand for justice and moral integrity when institutions fail. President Trump, having faced similar persecution and bias, embodies the courage and conviction needed to champion such a cause.
This is not merely political — it is a spiritual appeal for righteous action, truth, and accountability across the Church, the people, and the State.
Citizen Intervention UK / Citizen Intervention Global
Citizen Intervention UK is a key initiative under the wider banner of Citizen Intervention Global—a movement dedicated to enabling citizens to act courageously and responsibly at the intersection of danger and tyranny. Founded out of Lighthouse Global’s two decades of research into human potential and the dynamics of truth versus deception, Citizen Intervention UK represents the practical, national expression of that mission.
At its core, Citizen Intervention UK stands for accountability, transparency, and moral courage in public life. It exists to protect the rights of UK citizens—especially in the face of institutional deception and misuse of public trust. One of its foremost undertakings is a class action against the BBC, holding the corporation to account for what we believe to be systemic falsehoods, bias, and the exploitation of licence fee payers through coercive, misleading, and ideologically driven media practices.
Citizen Intervention UK is not merely reactive—it is proactive. It calls on ordinary citizens to rise above fear and apathy, to intervene constructively in their own society, and to restore truth, integrity, and balance to our national institutions.

1º One Degree In Christ
As the Body of Christ, we are many, many degrees from one another, yet the whole satanic system is tightly knit, higher organised and well structured. Why? Because this is Satan’s kingdom. The degree to which we are further apart from one another, the more vulnerable we are to the demonic wolves in this world and it makes no sense whatsoever for the sheep to be separated at the level we are.
Because of this, Lighthouse Global has started a project called 1DC, meaning one degree in Christ. One degree from each other, nought degrees in the Spirit, but one degree in the flesh. That means that, as the Body of Christ, even though we may be on the other side of the Earth from one another, we’re all connected as closely as can be.
TTAP: Tyrant & Tyranny Accountability Program
Wherever there’s a demon there’s a tyrant and TTAP, the Tyrant & Tyranny Accountability Program, is designed to help every day citizens face and split the boulders of tyranny in order to bring down tyrants.
There is an ancient method for splitting rocks where the tapping of strategically placed nails, at intervals along a single concentric line with a hammer, sends shock waves so deep into the rock that it can split huge boulders. In a similar fashion we will be empowering every day citizens to TTAP the seemingly insurmountable boulders of tyranny, with points of truth, points of fact and accountability for individuals who try to hide behind monolithic institutions. David Vs Goliath
David Vs Goliath was conceived in 2023 as a means of bearing witness to the truth in a world full of fake news, cancel culture and corporate mainstream media tyranny, lies and deceit.
At David vs Goliath we are bringing together Citizen Journalists to take on the mainstream media tyrants and their lying fake news puppets head on, holding them accountable to truth, facts, reason, reform and compensation where it’s due. Atonement International
Atonement is a whole, long term, all round, pre-regenerative, pre-transitional, pre-transformation, pre-transactional foundation, for change on an upward spiral of growth. A proper atonement leads to proper contrition, proper repentance, proper forgiveness.
There is currently nothing in our court system, nothing in society as a whole, that is designed to specifically facilitate the process of atonement where all parties can establish a starting point of regeneration.

Paul Waugh’s Statement On The Accusations Against Him
In recent years, there have been public smears and distorted reports about me circulated through the media and online platforms. These stories have been built on misinformation, assumptions, and in most cases, outright falsehoods.
Let me say this plainly: the accusations against me are false, either directly or indirectly proven by accurate context and full evidence. My door has always been open to anyone who seeks to understand with a genuine intention, to come and speak with me directly. Bring your questions, your evidence, even your lawyers — and let’s deal with facts, not fabrications. This has been my standard for decades.
Some of the very people I helped for years have turned to slander and lies online. My home has been doxxed. Even my children’s school has been exposed.
My opportunities—and the opportunities of those I support—have been severely damaged. A few were pushed so far that they attempted suicide. That breaks my heart. They came to Lighthouse to escape abuse from their families or toxic friends, yet we ended up being attacked more than ever.
We have since lacked the reach to have the truth heard, but that is changing every day.
Major media outlets, including the BBC and its pseudo-journalists; Catrin Nye, Jamie Bartlett, Natalie Truswell, Ravin Sampat, were offered our full evidence and testimony but refused to hear it and blocked it. I have this on a full email thread.
I’ve been stalked across continents by those same journalists, hoping to find fault, only to meet people whose lives were transformed through genuine care and mentorship bar those who I have held accountable, like the racists in Nieu-Bethesda.
Still, they twist and keep twisting the story. You cannot twist the fabric of reality forever, eventually, it always bounces back, as it is now for the BBC in the revelations in relation to their deceptively doctored footage just recently and this is exactly what they have done to us. These same individuals and institutions fear what will and does happen when I am allowed to speak freely and unedited. Why? Because at Lighthouse, we are addressing problems that the establishment would rather leave unsolved.
We are helping people to rise, to think critically, to grow spiritually, and to take responsibility for their lives under God, and to become problem solvers and value builders. When you do that, you threaten systems built on control and complacency designed to keep the everyday citizen powerless. This attack is not only personal; it is spiritual. It is coordinated and well-funded — a modern-day David versus Goliath battle for truth and freedom.

I am no saint. I am a sinner, like every one of us, saved by grace. But I will not bow to lies or intimidation, and nor should you. As Christians, we expect persecution when we stand for truth, and I take these attacks as confirmation (along with all receipts) that we are on the right path. Every lie will fall. A letter to the leader of the free world, who cares about the people on this world.
After starting and selling numerous highly successful businesses in South Africa in the 1980s and ’90s, Paul moved to the UK where, in 2004, he laid the foundations for what is now Lighthouse Global. The catalyst for this came from a profound question, ‘How do we optimise life and business along with human potential?’. This resonates deeply with Paul. While he believes individuality is extremely important, he also recognises that we were never meant to walk through life alone. We need one another. For Paul, true community is about people coming together to support, uplift, and strengthen each other—and at the centre of that is Christ.
Paul is a strong proponent of God’s atonement; it’s why he became a Christian in the first place. He is a deeply repentant man, regularly coming before God on bended knee and bowed head, several times a day in prayer. He teaches this tirelessly. Every day, in one way or another, he speaks about repentance—what it truly means, and why it matters. To him, repentance is far more than simply saying “sorry”; it is a deeply spiritual posture of the heart. His entire faith in Christ is rooted in repentance and in Christ’s atonement.
Jesus is the ultimate model of what it means to live in true community—showing us how to love, serve, and be united in purpose. In Him, we find the foundation for the kind of community Paul is passionate about: one where we build each other up, live in honesty and grace, and embody the unity Christ prayed for.
